Monday, 27 degrees outside so 3 miles walked on the gym's indoor track, 2 miles walked at lunch (wish lunch was an hour instead of 30 minutes) 2-1/2 hours on the weights and 6 miles on the bike.

Cricket, how are you feeling? Any improvement?

Met my goal for steps and climbed 65 floors today.

Put my fitness tracker on this past Christmas Day. Got a milestone banner on it today.

added a lat exercise lifted a total of 31,700 lbs in 25 min. i feel really good about it all. glad to be recovering a bit of my youth. next weight session gonna have to up the weight a bit. rode the bike for five. it feels so good to have some energy. as i was pumping along on the pedals i pictured building new, unglycated blood vessels to my muscles. mommies' baby cyborg.

mbuster is now a millionaire!

Thank you for asking!

No improvement at all. I am exhausted all of the time. If things don't turn around by Monday, I will give in and see my doctor.

Well I got out today and road 10 miles down wind(15 to 20 MPH with gusts to 45) The problem was riding back... up-wind uhggg but I loved it 20 miles 13.9 MPH average witch is very good for the first ride of the season.

working toword the ADA's NEC ride 150 miles 2 days in July

I hike a lot, the mountains are nearly right out my front door, but I've never tracked steps and floors, so it's hard for me to relate to it in difficulty or accomplishment. I do have a GPS and have tracked distance and elevation gain. I short hike I do often is 1.5 miles from the house one way and has about 1250' of elevation. Another is 1.8 miles one way with 1400' elevation gain.

A floor, maybe 10' elevation? 1000' = 100 floors? How many steps per mile? A fairly steep hike here is generally 1000' per mile. And that same mile usually has some flat or even down hill sections included.

Bad day for batteries, phone died before lunch.

Had I actually listened to myself and to @macksvicky sooner, I may have discovered what I think is the issue much sooner.

Because I have been busier than heck, I had gotten relaxed in recording everything I eat. In my mind, since I was only eating those things that I have never had an issue with, and my BS results had been good, I didn't see that as an issue. Since I knew everything I had eaten the last few days, I decided to enter the information just to double check my nutrition.

It doesn't look like I have been getting anywhere near enough fat. I am pretty angry with myself because I KNOW how easy it is to get off track when I am not paying close enough attention. The biggest thing I had dropped was my smoothies (because of the time factor) and unfortunately that is where I get most of my fat from. I am feeling seriously stupid here right now....
