Default What was your exercise today?

i was thinking about this today during my walk.....

Our "What was your blood sugar this morning?" thread is probably our most popular (and active) thread. i know for me personally, i like posting my morning numbers, and its a great way to remember to check theirs (and post it) if they have trouble remembering to do so.

So, with that being said, i figured, why not start an exercise thread?

So, here it is. Use it, don't use it, that's fine by me. i will be using it daily. so if you get tired of seeing it, too bad! LOL

I've made my own "Form", which makes it easy for me to just fill in on a daily basis. here it is:

Weather:*65, Overcast, threat of rain, slight wind
Did you walk today?:*Yes
If So, how far?:*3.25 miles
Weather During Walk:*Chilly, light wind
Overall Walk Performance:*sluggish, not enough sleep
Current Mood:*feeling tired
How is your diabetes today?:*ok i guess

Oh you ornery pup! You've found my absolute weakest link.

So far I walked down a flight of stairs, got a cuppa coffee and walked to my recliner. The wind is blowing like fury outside, but it is a warm sunny day, and I give you my word, I'll tie on my sneakers and walk down at least to the mailbox and prob'ly to the bridge (1/2 mile) before the day is over.

(Aaaarrrrrgggghhhh . . . . . )

I did walk out to get the mail, and because there was a package in it, I opened up our new gadget, a dog hammock, & I even walked back out to the garage & installed it in the back seat of our "new" car. The installation was exercise all by itself, walking around the car about fourteen times!

I'll make it to the bridge tomorrow . . .

I walked 3 dogs... All rescues- 1 Boxer, 1 Pitt and one mean little mixed... I have called her a Pichuacua or Chia-Pitt (chichuachua pitt mix... really have no idea what she is but it angers my wife so I do it ) I could only walk about 45 minutes because back was killing me and I noticed I was losing control of my left leg and I was having what I call Toe drop... and I was dragging the toes uncontrollably. I did the walk and had to control them dogs... I did break a sweat.

I just walked my dog (a one year old Shiba Inu boy) for 25 minutes. It's dark and a little cold but at least it's not raining at the moment.
I also walked around the building I work in twice today (not much but it's more than nothing).
