Default Hubby's cholesterol is up

He's never been LCHF. Gonna start him on it, too. Might be hard to convince him to follow it at work as they often bring in bagels on Saturday and quick foods when he has time to actually eat. Doc wants to start him on Lipitor.

I have to clarify that I 'liked' your post because you hope to start him on LCHF . . . not because his doc wants him taking Lipitor! Tell him to eat his bacon & not the statin!

LOL!! I told him, "you're going on the LCHF with me. I'm sorry but that means more steak and bacon, less pasta"
