I can't say it any better than the others have already said: Thank you for letting us know. We do care, and we're here for you. Hugs!

Thanks, Mar2a. I've hit a few bumps in the road the past few days but it is going better, overall. It is definitely better compared to where I was less than a week ago. My ED therapist and I spend time together five days a week and he checks in with me at least once per day on the weekends, for now.

Most of the physical issues have cleared up. My stomach's back to normal and everything but the dehydration's gotten better. Right now, I am aiming for three meals a day, even if they're smaller meals. Each day at a time!

Wonderful news Mary. That's how a journey is completed - one step at a time.

Last Buddhist quote:

Prayer entails an intense challenge to believe in yourself and stop diminishing yourself. To belittle yourself is to disparage Buddhism and the Buddha within your life.

Mary, I am beyond glad that you have a therapist who is worthy of trust and who can offer support. You are surrounded by love and caring - it comes from many sources, including everyone here. It is in the air you breath and the space you walk through. So, take a deep breath and cherish this moment, this now. Hugs.

I agree, DLC ... trying again starting today. They're adding a second therapist so that I am working with a team of two. Hoping it will be a great week.

Okay, deep breath! Thanks for all of the love and well-wishes! I hit some rough spots but had an absolutely amazing morning with my eating disorder therapy team. At least I don't have to convince them about the LCHF WOE - that hasn't been an issue.

There's a fine line ... once I 'convince' myself that eating three times a day is normal, I have a tendency to go over the deep end and do nothing but eat. Balance has always been an issue with me. I actually feel like today things were said that actually were strong enough to even part the skies. It finally came together today. This is going to be okay.
