95 (5.3) this morning. It's going to be warming up the next few days and if we can't get rain it's nice to have sunny and warm.

My morning number was 89 !! I must confess it was my birthday a couple days ago and had a small piece of ice cream cake, Aprils a rough month cause ALOT of family birthdays but i'm learning.. My numbers have come down lots from being in the 250 to 350 range and with the little cheating I did it only went to 175 on two occasions and my 2 week average number is 119. Just want you all to know I'm still reading the threads & still learning and I"m very grateful too for all the concern for my well being, Hats off to you All !!

I wanted my Grand Ones to know their pop pop was still cool, didn't think they'd think too much of me having a slice of turkey with a candle in it !!!!!!!

95--I may have eaten a little too many macadamia nuts last night. I was watching a movie, and the first thing I know the bag is empty. How did that happen?

A 100 (5.6) this morning.

Partly cloudy, 63F. Had a training session at work this morning to finalize 8 sessions of Leaders Growing Leaders, glad that's over. In 4 more hours I get to go back to work after being off for 7 day long off. Hope the next 21 days passes quickly and I can start the long off all over again.

152 this morning, Boo. Had meatloaf last night but no mashed potatoes. Had a nice salad and some green beans. 141 at bedtime. I'm out of strips so can't test until I get some more. Middle of next week it looks like since Amazon sent them to my home in VA instead of where I am now in PA. Lunch yesterday I tried 1/4 cup of oat bran to see if I could eat that. Nope, peaked at 167.
