rpbaum00, if you can cook a pot of coffee, drink a couple of cups of it with 2 tbls of coconut oil, 1 tbls butter, 5 tbls heavy cream, in each cup, that alone will get you over a third of the way to your 2400 kcal.

Don't remember if you drank coffee, but I think since I also add a tbls of unsweet cocoa to mine, it could be hot water instead of coffee.

Up too late for having to be up so early. A 92 (5.1) this morning.

48F this morning and predictions is to be clear the rest of the week. What, no rain. Someone just said yesterday we had our first severe 4 hour drought.

116 this morning.

Caught a whiff of yeasty bread coming from the 'fridge this morning. Reminded me of beer which carboliciousness I hadn't thought of in ages.

Perhaps, Mbuster, the 4-hour drought you heard about is the dreaded TWB (Time Without Beer)...

88 (4.9) this morning. Nice day yesterday at 79F (26C) with a light breeze. Should be the same today with plenty of sunshine.
@Nancy, there may be something in that and also the fact that I am back to walking and managing at least 10K steps a day. It is a welcome outcome.

79 and 89 before breakfast. Getting suspicious have to research my meter and low RBC count. Mine would be low because of the blood thinners. I have to the new Bayer Contour Next Link meter that came with the pump, but haven't used it yet because I haven't asked the doc for strips yet. I have plenty from the TRUEResult meter.
