Oooh, all the good parts of granola but no oats! This would be perfect with yogurt, or made into summer porridge, or with HWC on it. Yum! I am so very, very tired of eggs.

I bought one like this on Amazon :
Amazon.com: iPerfect Kitchen Tri-Blade Vegetable Spiralizer, Envy Spiral Slicer - Zucchini Spaghetti Pasta Maker: Home & Kitchen

No skinned fingers and it makes short work out of a zucchini.

Looks good. They don't ship to Australia. GRRR. Maybe someone is selling them out here. Currently using a Vegetti clone. [edit] Yep, can get it out here for $40AUD plus shipping, will shop around for cheaper but that seems to be the best price so far.

Morning BGL after my usual coffees... 7.7 I should not have caved in to Apple crumble last night. Oh well. I do, occasionally. Just have to wear the consequences.

101 / 5.6

Home again. Now, to figure out how to eat and clean up when someone else is not doing the work. Golly, I am so spoiled!

Sue, check out this one on eBay. Just insert the following into the search field:

Spiral Slicer Spiralizer Veggie Fruit Chopper Mandolin Cutter Shred JCAU .C

It's going for 34.59 AU with free shipping. It's basically the same as Walkerwally's and my own.

BS today is at 5.8 and the (hopefully) last week of dental work is starting tomorrow.

99 (5.5) this morning. We got to 100° (38°C) yesterday but the humidity was only 10% which is great for the swamp cooler (evaporative cooler) but scary for fire danger.

A 110 (6.1) this morning.

75F looks like is going to be as cool as it gets today with a high of 87F. Occasional showers after 9 AM, 60% chance of rain around noon then dwindling down to only a slight chance the rest of the week.
