A 5.4 this morning. In the afternoon visiting the small town Eslöv less than 30 km from home. A walk around an idyllic pond and took some photos.
A healthier dinner today than yesterday, when visiting my brother on the Baltic coast of Skåne. This time a 6.0 one hour after the meal.

1. The idyllic lake in a park

A high 5.9 this morning. Cloudy morning and the weather radar says rainfall any minute.

Lots about machines used to make zucchini pasta in earlier posts. Became a bit inspired, but ordered a quite simple gadget instead of a more complicated machine. Perhaps I have to watch my fingers though.

(any minute... just started to rain while writing down this post).

FBG 77mg/dl, then 79mg/dl postprandial breakfast.

Keeping a close eye on BG at the moment as a cluster migraine 48hrs ago set off weird BG control issues.

Off to check research into cluster migraines, BG and adrenals. If I find anything interesting I'll let you know.

A 6.3 this morning as the next day of dental work awaits. Today is simply two fillings and Wednesday will cleaning of the top teeth to rid it of all the plaque and tartar. The following Wednesday will be the removal of my temporary bridge and the installation of my permanent bridge and possibly the removal of a bad wisdom tooth. That should be the final day for this year although I may get them to insert an implant where there is a large gap in my bottom left teeth after having a molar removed years ago. Then I'll have a full set of teeth again.
