Considering how much I fear dental work, I've been quite the little trooper through it all, lol!

87 (4.8) this morning. We reached 92 (33C) yesterday and it's 47 (8C) this morning so quite a swing. Humidity is at 10%. Unfortunately there is an out of control wild fire in Southern California.
CD, I feel your pain, I had to have extensive work done due to periodontal disease and all I can say is the sooner the better to see a Dentist but we all hate it.

95--I ate a ton yesterday, but it was all low carb. My low carb Fathers day dinner was steak, salmon, zoodles with basil sauce, salad with Walden Farm's 0 carb bacon ranch, and low carb cheese cake with a crust of crushed pecans. I was stuffed, but only about 7 carbs.

FBS 65, shot up to 200 after breakfast and insulin, but after a good fast walk back down to 63. Feeling fine, and heading out to the garden before the heat rushes in. (Tomorrow is the eye surgery. I want to get more done so I won't feel guilty about not working for however long.)
Happy Monday.

118 this morning. My morning readings have been under 120 lately, so that's an improvement, but I am working on getting them down, down, down.
