I didn't want to post my morning reading. It was 138 I believe the reason is I had a glass of apple juice yesterday afternoon plus a handful of tortilla chips. Otherwise, I made good eating choices. Very warm during the day here, but thankfully cools down in the evening.

Apple juice is almost lethal. That stuff has more sugar in it than Coke, ounce for ounce. The tortilla chips were probably minor in comparison.

A 5.5 this morning. Still cold weather here in Scandinavia and wishing you could lend us at least some of the warm weather you just now have in North America

96 today, a real shocker. My averages of late have been 108-109.

I made exceptions to my LCHF WOE for my 39th anniversary dinner with my wife and also for a Father's Day dinner. We had a big Mexican fiesta both days and I handled the excessive carb load remarkably well. I believe eating LC for 18 months now has increased my insulin sensitivity and lowered its resistance.

I'm still < 30g carbs a day most days. I will eat half a banana or an apple on occasion and it does not negatively effect me long or short term that I can tell.
