guaifenisin made a huge improvement in my quality of life!

I rarely take it. But when needed it really helps.

103 (5.7) this morning. I got a little carried away with my homemade chili last night and ended up eating a double serving. Kind of pushed my numbers up but it sure was good. Well, you play you pay.
They finally got it right yesterday, temp. up to 82°. May have a chance of rain next Tuesday and Wednesday.

87 (4.8) this morning. I think summer finally gave it up, it was so warm when I went to bed, nippy this morning and no high temps forecasted through at least the next 7 days.

82 (4.5) this morning, 76 (4.2)at bedtime last night.

Blue sky with just a few puffy white clouds, 63°F supposed to get to 71, but I doubt it. Most of the birds are gone it is so quiet it is almost spooky. Just a few chikadees and the magpies, but even they are quiet. Fall is definitely on its way. And my nose is telling me the same!

Woops, I'm late! FBS was in the 70's this morning, and it's been reasonable all day. We went on a good long walk along the flume in Paradise, and came home to see a movie. Feeling well, though this surgery dressing in the corner of my eye is tricky to change, and I'm not sure how good a job I am doing.
Good night!

We came home from town about suppertime today, and opened up the doors/windows to let in some of the blissfully cool temps. There was a wee bird out there cheerfully chirping away even though it was very nearly totally dark. So I spoke to her the same as I would Fritz or Waylon - 'pipe down and go to bed, you silly wren!' (wee wrens aren't quite as obedient as kittycats & puppydogs . . . )
