88 (4.9) this morning. I had cortisone injections in both knees yesterday and I am fortunate indeed in that cortisone apparently has no effect on my bg. The relief is substantial. The weather gurus claim 100% chance of rain today after noon so we will see how that turns out. Some areas in the South are getting way more rain than needed, hope everyone is safe.

Ahhh, back to normal. FBG 73, and now I'm at 80.
It's raining, it's pouring, the old man is snoring...and I watch the pond slowly rise.
Today I get to go sub at the high school. I'm happy about that.
I hope you are happy about your Friday.

79 (4.4) Happy Friday All

Kathryn, glad to hear your numbers are back to normal!

Barbara, sorry the allergies and headache are making you miserable, but that's really great news that your visits have been changed to every 6 months

132 this morning. Still using the bionime which seems to be consistantly about 20 mg/l above the relion readings. 116 after breakfast. Still following the pattern of FBG being my high for the day.
@ Kathryn congrats on the A1c. Glad you have things back in control bg/insulin wise.
@ Wally So glad you get relief from the steroid shots without BG spikes. That's great.
@ Barb Sympathies on the allergies and headache. Me too.

What a good day here! It rained until about 2:00, and since then it has just been cloudy, windy, and cool. I believe we have feet of snow in the mountains, so very good for the summer irrigation.
Good night all, and sweet dreams.
