34 this am, and back to normal now. Did you see the beautiful moon last night and this morning? We went for a moonlight walk up at the lake.
Happy Wednesday, all.

30 this am, after waking up at midnight with a BG of 55 and eating a glucose tab. I guess I should have eaten two.
My son called to tell me things are getting better. He is learning he can do this and still have a life.
Happy Thursday. Be well!

85 (4.7) Two more days of Spring Break. Must stop checking DF so frequently - I have papers to grade before my students return.

93, this 17 points below my last 2 days of FBG. I ate the same yesterday for my 2 meals, lunch and dinner and had cheese and wine for a snack before bed both nights too. The difference was a short 1.5 hour strenuous hike before dinner yesterday. Exercise can make a difference. I've noticed this before.

I'm happy to add I got the results of my latest A1c at 5.5 this AM!
