90 (5.0) this morning which is a surprise, I expected it to be a lot higher. Started to feel the effects of an UTI Friday and yesterday it was pretty bad. I didn't notice a change in bg until yesterday afternoon. I had lunch, only protein and fat, yesterday at about 2:00 PM and an hour later I tested at 85. At 5:00PM I didn't eat anything but bg was 125 and then an hour later 127. My forehead felt hot so I took my temp. and it was 101 so a bit of a fever also. This morning my fever has gone but it still hurts like the dickens to pee. I hope I am on the other side of it but tomorrow if I don't feel a lot better I guess it will mean a trip to urgent care. The problem with that is that I don't have a lot of confidence in the PA's I have seen there before.
50% chance of rain Friday, Saturday and Sunday according to everyone. So rare that they all put out the same prediction.

106, I want better.

I thought I did it all right yesterday. I fasted till 1:30 PM, then ate 2 eggs and 1 1/2 slice bacon. I went on a demanding hike and snow climb for 5 hours, no food or snacks. Made a LC veg and chicken curry at 8:30 PM, had a light beer and snack of summer sausage late.

69 (3.8) this nice morning, 85 (4.7) at bedtime last night.

I too am worried about @Tamagno-2 It appears he did pop in on the first but no posts. His last visit before that was Mar 23.

He has a new name because he had login issues last year so set up a new account.

Thanks grammaB - updated his username on the earlier tag, and added the tag to your post - now he'll have two!

95 this morning; for some reason I couldn't stay away from the milk last night. I know better.
Today I'm going to help in a lively first grade. Later in the week I have two days of subbing in the high school. From one extreme to the other!
Happy start to the first April week. Flowers everywhere!

How do you get your FBG so low? Please respond in the thread under "Diabetes General"

102, yesterday I worked hard in the yard, fasted, went hiking for a few hours, ate light and VLC. I expected better.
