man, aint it the truth, though? 89 after a very disappointing 105 yesterday. i'm hoping these crazy bp and bg numbers are because of an intestinal bug i've been battling.

87 (4.8) this morning which is a nice surprise after running higher than usual for the last few days. Rainfall total so far .25". We had a rather steady drizzle all day yesterday, certainly no downpour, but at least it's getting wet. Sun poking out through the clouds right now but e are supposed to be in store for more rain and possible thunderstorms. I would love to see a thunderstorm, it's been a very long time.

Just came in from the garden at 55, after transplanting my melons into the raised bed where I turned in some nice composted manure. I like to plant the melons in a row down the middle, and then bush beans along each side. I water the beans and not the melons, and everybody is happy. I can't imagine you are getting snow! Tomato volunteers are already showing up in my beds, and I have to decide which to allow and which to pull out. It's a hard decision!
I also made a new flower bed this morning, and set stones in around the outside.
FBG this am was 98. It's a cool, overcast day, with no rain and no wind.
I hope your Saturday is as lovely as mine.

124, 125 before breakfast, 123 after. Illness and the "cure" (cefdinir antibiotic) both raise BG so I guess I have to be satisfied it's not any higher than it is.
