100 this morning, and all is well. The chicks are growing well, as are the weeds (gulp). I planted several flats yesterday, and weeded out a small tree that was nearly hidden. I will make more progress today, for sure.
Happy Monday.

98 (5.4) this morning. Not a drop of rain yesterday. A chance of thunderstorms today but I don't really expect anything. It's been a better year for rainfall than the last three but we are still below normal and I think we have seen the end of it until next fall.

107, higher end of my range. Not surprising as I did my version of an OGGT yesterday. I thought I'd make it pleasurable as well. It was my first cheat meal of the year, a great big Mexican Fiesta. I ate a huge combination plate, chips, salsa, tortillas, rice beans, the whole Maryann!

Tested at 2 hours PP, 117. Six hours 140, seven hours 110.

I generally run the straight and narrow for months, not even a grape, so I don't feel so bad having a normal meal 3-4 times a year.

80 (4.4) this blue sky morning, 81 (4.48) at bedtime last night.

Tree pollen is terrible and I am still feeling miserable!

75 this morning, but 170 after breakfast and insulin. Sometimes that happens, same food, no reason. It will settle down in a while.
Yesterday I had cut worm damage in the greenhouse cucumbers, so I went out to dig up the new bed for them with an immediate transplant in mind. There were cutworms in nearly every shovel full! after killing about two dozen of them (bad karma) I realized I should be collecting them for the chickens. When I was done the chickens had a lovely feast, and the new bed, enriched with composted manure, was perfect for the baby plants. I wonder why there are so many cutworms all of a sudden. It's a new development.
Enjoy the day.

85 (4.72) this morning. Off for some diagnostic radiology to see if this is the year I acquire all of the family diseases.

86 (4.8) this morning. It's cloudy this morning but no chance of rain. Windy tomorrow and Thursday but it should be getting warmer. Pollen count here is high also but thankfully I have never been bothered by allergies.
