126 This morning, I blame the glass(or two) of red wine last night. My first since diagnoses. How do y'all handle the occasional drink?

Actually, alcohol makes my blood sugar drop, so I don't drink.
36 this morning, but it raced up to 156 two hours after breakfast and insulin, kind of unusual. My morning meals are identical, and generally get me right where I want to be. It's a disease that does what it wants, and doesn't promise any consistency, at least for me.
Out my window is a beautiful dawn, pale pink fading into pale blue. Soon the sun will be up, and our last April day will be here; I hope you enjoy yours.

98 (5.4) this morning. It's cloudy this morning and a 30-40% chance of thunderstorms today and tomorrow. Hope we see some but it is not looking threatening yet.
@Katieboosmama, it's always one of those "everyone is different" kind of things but I have no problem with a glass of red wine of a light beer. I just keep it to 1 or maybe 2 and I don't see any raise in my bg.

113, can't explain it! I ate LC all day even, did a short hike after dinner. No snacks, slept 90 minutes longer than normal.

Wine like merlot will generally not affect my BS levels, a light beer will not either.

123 this morning, 138 before I ate some leftover pork and saurkraut (weird breakfast?) and 140 at 1 hr PP. My sinus infection is back [IagainI] and I'm migraining. Neck really hurts too. I'm seriously tired of being sick.

It looks like 6 of my JN peppers out of 24 survived the tumble and 1 of 8 L de G eggplants.

It's chilly and damp. Rain and t-storms expected tonight, tomorrow, most of the 10 day forecast. The plants will like it-and the weeds.

We had our first radishes yesterday that my Godson planted. He lit up like a Christmas tree when I brought them in and told him they were some of the ones he planted. The carrots his brother planted are up and big enough to show them how they look though of course much slower growing. We have been enjoying the green garlic that came up all over the area where brother-the-other left them last year when he got tired of "helping" and walked off to do something else.
