141. Again, disappointed. Have a message into CDE to increase Levemir a few units at dinner since none of my lows overnight have been even close to 100 in the 6 days since I started it.

Rain came down in torrents for awhile this morning. Now, just barley misting.

A 5.2 this morning. Took some time installing a new door and two new windows in my house. The carpenter still an apprentice and his friend just an assistant. All of a sudden they turned up at 8 pm yesterday to finish the work. After a while it turned out a very long board was missing. I will buy it today and try to transport it in my car with parts of it sticking out of the back tail and hopefully the job is completed today. I will probably have skilled workers next time, although a higher billing...

I checked today, and I was 143. I know it's not good but I'm working on it.

51 this morning, and it looks like a good day ahead.
I'm digging out Johnson grass around my flower beds...it's a tough, tenacious weed that travels underground with big, very hardy roots, and above ground with seeds that blow in the wind. Cattle like it, but unless it's out in a field, I don't like it at all. The tiniest part of a root becomes a new happy plant. We'll never be rid of it, but I have it under control in the vegetable garden with obsessive digging.
Happy Thursday.

97 (5.37) this morning. It should be warming up but now they are saying there is a 30% chance of rain Saturday. Where did that come from ?
