A 76 (4.2) this morning.

A 100% chance of rain today, predicting 2.48 inches at the moment, with predictions changing hourly. The predictions would be nice if they were consistently close.

34 this morning, clear sky and a rising thermometer.
Yesterday we let the irrigation water run through the herb and rose garden for its first deep watering of the season, and when I walked through to see how things looked I found a large, brilliant red crawdad. He was beautiful, and I carried him gingerly to the pond, where he darted down into the mud instantly. I think he'll be happy there.
You are so right; Johnson grass is just like diabetes! You've got to be ever vigilant, but you can carry on still growing the things you love, and taking pleasure in every critter that visits.
Today I'm going to help in a sixth grade class, end-of-the-year wildness hopefully directed in a short art project, and some hands-on building gizmos.
Happy Friday to you.

94 (5.21) this morning. I hear you Mark, no consistency here. With all of the satellites, computers and history they try to make 10 day forecasts and can't even do a good job of a 1 day, LOL.

Don't know where these numbers came from. Allergies and stress I guess. 98 (5.430) this cloudy morning, 94 (5.21) at bedtime last night.

Busy , busy day. Up to town for blood work, which amazing showed up online tonight! New A1c is 4.9 up a bit but I am good with that. I am experimenting with loosening up a bit.

Updated to a new iPad Mini2 and an iphone (which is back ordered) my head has exploded with all the info I have been given today ( I love those jet.com commercial that show the heads blew off in purple smoke!!)

146. Well, that is frustrating.

100% chance of rain here. In fact, it's raining now.

96 (5.3) this morning. They say there is a 20% chance of thunderstorms today and tomorrow. Not much of a chance and I don't expect to see anything.
