SNAP with my yesterdays fasting, a 76 (4.2).

Had a stitch of pain in my left side when I sat down with my coffee this morning. Didn't think much about it at the time but it grew worse through breakfast and eventually got pretty bad. Bad enough I threw up. I'm thinking deja vu of kidney stone I had 14 years ago, so off to the doctor. After a CT, the doctor pronounced I was lucky, kidney stone, small, not one but two. Yeah, lucky me. It took 3 pain shots to get some relief this morning and is starting to wear off.

95 (5.26) this mostly cloudy morning, 89 (4.93) at bedtime last night.

The pollen is killing me. On top of that the cottonwoods are dropping their cotton. It is so heavy it looks like it is snowing!! Why can't it be raining now!!

99 (5.48) this morning. We had clouds yesterday but not a drop of rain. Same prediction for today. Warming up next week.

117 which is much better than yesterday. However, at 4 a.m. it was 146. I took Levemir at 8 p.m. Why is it taking so long before it kicks in?

51 this morning, and it's a beautiful day. I'm watering the thirsty, weeding the weedy, and pushing back the black berry perimeter. The dog is AWOL, but hopefully she'll return when she gets hot and hungry.
I hope you are having a good day.

60 this morning, and clear skies. We may go see a movie to celebrate the day off. Last night I made a stir fry with my first lovely Patty Pan and zucchini, along with a few last snap peas. With rice (I can only have a scant 1/4 cup)and roasted garlic tofu it was tasty. Thank you, garden! I have begun the long process of harvesting garlic. So far they look good, and smell wonderful.
Enjoy this Veteran's Day.

107 (5.93) this morning. Kind of surprised at that, certainly not from what I ate so I guess my liver is pushing it's authority. Warming up the next few days and makes me glad I don't live down the hill in town where it will be well over 100°.
Happy Memorial Day to all in the USA and have a safe holiday.
