135. Ok, I have now concluded that it wasn't the length of my needles that were possibly a problem. Poo. Guess I'm just going to need more basal.

103 this morning. Yesterday's FBG 114, 106 day before. I've eaten a lot of meat for dinner lately, high protein, low to very low carbs. Later in the day I'm under 100.

A 76 (4.2) this morning.

Supposed to rain some more this week, with 100% today, 20% tomorrow, and 60-80% the rest of the week. Finally broke 90 degrees yesterday but cooling back down for the week. Dreading the heat.

Still haven't captured the illusive kidney stones. At least the pain has eased up.

Wondering if that's what I had last week. I thought it was a back ache, but hadn't had one for years since I strengthened my core from hiking. It came from no where, hit me at work. Bad and pretty intense pain on both sides of lower back. A wrong move was painfully debilitating, hard to stand, to sit, to do anything, even sleep. By day 3 I could tell it worked into my lower abdomen in front both sides and decided it was kidney related, not back. I was also very constipated during this. Could this be a stone? The pain was just like a lower back ache, all over. I would have assumed a stone would be a pin point very localized?

Mine started with a small pain in my left side, then pain became more intense and felt like it was in lower back and lower abdomen. The pain only moved slightly downward yesterday and was most intense for a while, even with the hydrocodone. The pain in my lower back is dull today but I still have a slight pain in lower abdomen. Also having the constipation issue and it is my day 3. This is only the third experience with stones I've had and all have been more than uncomfortable. Never had both sides at the same time, hope I never do. My guess would be stones because your description sounds exactly like what I just went thru, except in stereo.

56 this morning, and 75 right now. It's supposed to be 100 degrees here today. Blech! Soon I'll head out to the garden to continue work on bringing in the garlic. I have a nice shady spot under a pecan tree where I dry them on pallets, and soon the onions will join them there.
Have a lovely Tuesday, and be well.
