104 (5.76) this morning. Not sure why it's going up but my liver refuses to consult with me. It's supposed to be getting cooler but yesterday was warmer so they lied. well, only a couple of degrees.

104, I'm OK with it. It's lower than my 14 and 30 day averages. I went off plan yesterday at lunch and had "Endless soup and salad", two of each at Chili's. I also ate 1/3 basket of chips and salsa.

I rarely do this and it seems every time I do I "repent" here. I don't do it because I crave this type of food and just can't stand it any longer as some may. I do it, as I'm curious how my BG will react, how I'll feel afterward, etc.

This proved no different and actually better than my VLC eating recently.

113. Which is good! Unfortunately, it was just over 160 all night as evidenced by my bedtime and 3 a.m. readings.

Had a 5.6 this morning. Mostly sunny and around +20 C. A couple of days ago allmost +30 C. Just too hot. Today National day here in Sweden, so the yellow and blue flag is fluttering in the wind.

92, wow, lowest in a long time. I did a 3 hour hike yesterday morning. But I hike often and see higher results following.

122. Poo. So, it definitely looks like I will be adding another 2 units at night. Bummed because my bedtime number was so good (114).

106 (5.87) this morning. Still running higher than normal for me and not really sure why. I think I am mostly over the UTI and my numbers dropped but suddenly started back up. I still feel tired though so maybe still a ways to go.

74 this morning, and I've been working out in the herbs and vegetables all morning, which keeps the numbers low. It's hot and getting hotter. I have a little more to do outside today, but I'm going to come in as soon as possible. Last night my poor hens were panting in the heat, one of them loudly. This morning they were all fine, but I worry about the effect of this heat on their health. They really aren't laying, and I understand. Poor gals.
Well, happy Monday, and stay cool!
