157 this morning, my lucky number (or a sign that my meter is becoming a wee bit eclectic). I'm tempted to do another couple nighttime basal tests and see if I can bump the dose without going low overnight. Would have been easier to do this with a CGM but oh well... 23 more days until my new endo appointment!

92 (5.1) this morning.
Barb, a great reason to celebrate for sure.

@Bunjee, you would probably like it here then, humidity usually around 10-12%. Or not, temp recently around 96-98°.

Brrr - I'd take it if only for a couple hours. You're hot down there, but here on the Central CA Coast it has been chilly. Finally gave in this morning about 9:30 and turned on the heat to warm up the chilly 61 indoors. Supposed to warm up to 74, but at 60 outside it seemed to be too slow a climb.

82 (4.54) this mostly cloudy morning, 78 (4.32) at bedtime last night.

Thanks for the congrats!

I really enjoyed my dinner last night! I had never had chanterelle mushrooms before and boy were they yummy! But at $12.99 a pound, I probably won't buy them all that often!

I watched the Olympics again last night and part 2 of the Hunger Games. Finished off the nuts.

A 110 FBG this morning. Thought a bike ride might fix it, but adrenal system said otherwise. 129 before I rode, 148 after I got back. An hour later, after protein drink (1 tbls L-Glutamine and 2 tbls gelatin in 12 oz water) a 128. Before supper a 109, now at bedtime an 83. We'll see in the morning the effect of today.

82 (4.54) this morning. Nothing to report about the weather, same, same, same. Might be cooling down this weekend a few degrees but it hasn't been bad for August for here.

Good morning FBG Crew. 73.

Just returned from a long weekend on the Mendocino coast. Lovely and foggy. It also would have been my parents' 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday (my dad died about 3 years ago) and we ended up staying at the same place my parents honeymooned. Bittersweet.

Yay Barb! That's great news, congrats!

Today is my 3 year cancerversary. 3 years cancer free, 2 more to go to call it gone/cured. I'm celebrating with a lovely rib eye steak, fresh local chanterelle mushrooms sautéed in Kerrygold butter with shallots, a nice green salad and a glass (or 2) of champagne!!
WOW! Congratulations!

I have a 4.5 this morning. I needed to have some RA last night. Mashed potato with peas and onion (raw) mixed in, along with some chicken breast. I adore mashed potato
