118 (6.6) this morning, another 6" of snow last night so another morning of shoveling. Where are those teenagers when you need them? Heading for the deep freeze tonight. brrr.

113, WOW! OK, I'm calming down, I should realize nothing should surprise me now. I checked a half hour later after having some BPC with another meter and got 117. Gotta love the ups and downs of this business, lol.

Another unseasonably warm day. I was riding a motorcycle yesterday without a jacket and not cold. Usually I'd be shoveling that white stuff.

Lying in bed last night, the great moon casting shadows in my room, I counted my blessings. This morning FBG 38, then up to 68 two hours after breakfast and a good bike ride in the dark. The moon was no longer showing, and now we are waiting for the promised deluge. Fingers crossed.
Tomango, I'm thinking of you. I hope all goes well, and the nurse is nice!

99 this morning. It's going to be 62 here today. We really didn't have a Winter this year. Who knows what Spring will bring.

I'm trying to decide whether or not to buy Keto strips. Does anyone use them?

I use the pee strips occasionally, if you understand their application and how they relate to what you are trying to determine, they work well. You don't need dark colors to be fully in ketosis, darker is not better.

I use these - never used any other so have no idea how they compare but this gives me a decent idea where I am (along with other info of course)

78 (4.3) this foggy morning, 79 (4.37) at bedtime.

@Tamagno, I hope the infusion goes well and you get some improvement from it.

I worked hard in the garden this morning, hoping to be rescued by the rain. It hasn't come, so I got a lot done! Carrots are still tasty in the ground, and I pulled a lot for the house.
Lovely evening, high clouds with light on the horizon. BS 120 shortly after dinner, but I'm sure it will come down.
