Default Continous blood glucose monitors

I would like to get recommendations on the monitors used continously. I am having trouble with rapidly dropping blood sugars at night. I'm fine during the day,but at night I drop so rapidly,my husband has to pour coke down me,so I return to normal. This is not a regular event, but even once every 6 mo.,causes himto be reluctant to travel. We would like to get me a monitor that would alert me to rapid drops. Have any of you used the freestyle navigator,or the monitor from dexacom? If so, what worked what didn't? Do you recommend one over the other? Why? Help! Suggestions greatly appreciated!
