Man i wish i had found you guys 30 years ago you make this so simple my bs's for the last 3 weeks have been under 140 i adjust my bs;s with food not with insulin.
All i can say is thank you thank you!!!::

Big applause for listening and trying it. So many people don't get it! They always want to find fault or eat their cheerios with milk and a banana. Kudos to you. If you want something to change, you have to change something. Simple as that but not so much for some people. Seems you will a healthy life from this day forward!
