Does anybody out there have any meal plan templates they would be willing to share?

If I knew what a meal plan template was, I would be happy to share. Are you looking for meal ideas? Shopping lists? Already carb counted foods for the day?

Hi,

I don't have diabetes myself but a close family member does.

I occasionally visit other sites to find low carb recipes / answers and know of one forum where people post their daily meal plans.... that's Dr. Richard K. Bernstein's forum.

Not sure if you still have to register to view the threads but it's free if you still do.

Good luck! That site and his book has helped me out a lot with my questions.

I don't know of any specific templates for a low carb diet. If you buy the Atkins, Southbeach, Protein Power or Bernstein books they do have meal plans in the back. I also use several low carb websites like

Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home
Low Carb Diets at About.com - Atkins South Beach and More Low Carb Diets
www.comfybell.com
Healthy Gluten Free Recipes | Elana's Pantry

Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople
