Thank you so much Ladies & Guys for the kind words..

And you guys are right, It pays off when you really put hard work into the exercise regiment.

From 5 times of Badminton a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wed, Friday, Sat and sometimes Sunday), 2 to 3 times Gym (Monday, Wed and Friday) really pays it off.

But I been eating out a lot the past 3 months... Mostly out... No time to cook because of my badminton training and Gym.. But I tried not to eat rice or noodles or carbs (someday i eat a meal of carbs and it shoots up.. so, just meat and Veggies..

I guess now maybe less 1 or 2 exercise and cook more home....

Guys, i have a Question:

My Urea acid seems to be going a bit above normal level, Is it because I eat too much beef or protein?

Have you had any episodes of gout?

Yes, foods high in purines can cause elevated uric acid.
According to the American Medical Association, purine-containing foods include:
  • Beer, other alcoholic beverages
  • Anchovies, sardines in oil, fish roes, herring
  • Yeast
  • Organ meat (liver, kidneys, sweetbreads)
  • Legumes (dried beans, peas)
  • Meat extracts, consomme, gravies
  • Mushrooms, spinach, asparagus, cauliflower
  • Excessive amounts of beef & poultry
