I thought about putting my bike on the trainer twice yesterday if that counts.

Back to work last night, more brawn than brain time, finished the day at midnight with 17,289 steps. 4,500 step head start on today since midnight.

put 5 on road bike climbed about 410' over distance. had to raise seat another 1/2 inch. don't know if its enough but still feels better. knees were high enough it felt like a squat. i think i might need just a tad more. just got to keep on grinding. pleasantly tired. still catch myself shifting up when it should be down. looked at another stretch that turns out to be a mile running off the same staging area at church. goes to base of backside of steep climb i've purposed to conquer. can see a good reason to drop a few more pounds. pumping a total of 216 pound up the hills. why did i wait so long to start? wonder if a kinetic would help on bad weather days....... legs don't feel as stressed tonight's aftermath-have to find the magic seat height to optimize my strokes. new tv series "Tweak My Ride". maybe should get music player listen to zeplin's "Ramble on" and such. nice beat. doesn't sound like a bad idea. open to any suggestions.......

I could have sworn I posted my results for today.

Clearly I have lost what was left of my mind!

chose a pretty flat course for bike today. rose a total of 69 foot in 4.8 miles. much more comfortable coordinating the shifting. i'll get onto this yet!

Yes, I understand that there will come a day when I simply run out of time and don't hit my personal steps goal (commitment) but today was NOT that day.

Wish I could get some exercise, instead I'm working 12 hour nights on our annual maintenance outage.

nice easy ride for 20 minutes last night. doing loads of reading to discover inroads in development. really blew my legs up this week. need to take time to recover. i guess i'm never going to get over being that dumb kid who overdoes it. good thing is no injury. just one day off really refreshed my legs a lot. back to the biological drawing board for this lab rat.

It was a good day with a lot of hills!

I am so pleased that this has once again become a daily habit for me.
