back to 16 hr fasts. 30 min meander on upright, nice and easy. only 7.6 mi. ordered kurt kinetic fluid trainer. i feel very purposed. cut 5 pounds in last week. i believe that carbs are my almost complete remedy for weight loss. bp has been a tad high lately, i'm betting it comes down as well combined with better rest.

I went for a 2 mile walk (32 minutes) then came back and did about ten minutes of Pop Pilates Arms. Mostly planks and pushups.

you folks inspired me to get a simple pedometer so i could see what i'm doing at the graybar. 12,249 steps at work. 29:45 for 8 miles on bike. ordered a computer that will measure miles and cadence. can use it on the road as well.

the pedometer is great if you don't accidentally reset it. grr. grr. went 20 min on new trainer. it taught me a lot about spinning smoother already. i got to have miles/rpm/speed for it to make better sense to me. stuff won't be here 'til next week. a lot smoother than upright because it spreads workout through more of the leg muscles. i think i'll ride upright tonight and do the warm down with trainer. stuck in limbo for a bit, i guess.
