Had about 6000 steps showing on my tracker when I got home from work this morning. 2 hours of sleep and 14 hours later, I have a little over 16,000 steps.

My daughter was scheduled for a biopsy of some lymph nodes found on a CT when trying to confirm a suspect bad gall bladder. 5 hours later than scheduled, 2 or 3 lymph nodes were collected for testing and her gall bladder was removed. Four years of pain and no conclusive tests that there was anything wrong with her gall bladder, the surgeon determined thru the laparoscope that it was the culprit. Now we are hoping the lymph node issues are the result of the gall bladder problem and not something else. I'll probably do some more pacing waiting to hear.

Two hours weights- (smith machine bench, incline bench, decline bench, cable flys) 30 minutes stationary bike. rotator cuff hurting now.

did 8 for monday. did my hiit thing tonight. actually hit and held 361 watts for 20 secs @ approx. 121 rpm. totaled out at 5.36 miles. not far, but my legs are kinda toasted. this stuff works for me. now for some din-din mor-eese. i am so excited about the peak sprint. i thought it would be months before i could hit anything like that.

Does watching my grandson tonight count?

I did get a quick 1 mile walk in earlier, but the wind is crazy tonight as a storm is coming in so I won't likely get another walk in until tomorrow.

55 minutes with weights - arms today, then 30 minutes on the stationary bike

another ten on trainer. new road pedals. i likey a lot. mbuster, you were right about needing a fan-i put my ceiling fan on for the ride all of the time now and i still sweat buckets over five miles. the 14 minute hiit is a real soaker as well.

off day from weight training. I walked the beach for about two miles.
Morning bg 156
bg 131 after walk, but I ate sandwich and a few pretzels for lunch
