the guy at work started off with the same shock and awe that i experienced. they hit him immediately in the checkbook. then recommended 60 carbs a day(do i smell ADA?). we(some friends of mine and i) have a sarcastic saying; "dr. say and dr. do". already had to shock him with the fact i can get 300 strips for what he got ripped for 50. i'm betting he goes with the dr.'s give me a pill cure or shall i call it subsistence. it seems nobody wants to give up their carb goodies. frustrating. oh, well, i guess i'll go ride my bike. and eat some of that savory, fried, fat pig we just raised and butchered with some buttered egg and creamcheese pancakes. mmm, mmm good!
