I was on a walking spree the last few days and am on my last night of graveyards. If it quits raining and I can get a break from the wind, its time for another bike ride.

weights - arm day 1 hour 10 minutes 30 minutes on stationary bike
blood sugar was 102 after exercise. Lot better than yesterday

5 miles last night then again tonight. bringing the time down steady on the trainer.

weights - back today 1 hour 15 minutes. 30 minutes on the stationary bike

23,920 steps, I had a chance to get in the lead on a week long steps challenge so I took it.

did my 5. think i'll go five all week then maybe bump it to 5 1/2 or 6. see how it feels. hovering around 4:17 per mile. i really like this trainer. it takes anywhere from 1 to 3 miles to loosen up on the bike but after that, it is nice and smooth just relax and breath...make it fluid......

Mowing and weed eating, trying to make the yard look good for Easter, then Nana says "Where are we going to hide the eggs?" Well they should be able to find them all now.

A little under 17,000 steps, most coming after supper.

now that's my kinda humor. did my five, now its time to load up some rounds for the splitter. ate some cookies with my supper. started with 145 got off with an 86. check again later. last night it dropped another 4 points before bed.

Back on 12 hour days today. 14,361 steps showing on my Garmin and I'm tired, not going to put in many after supper steps tonight.

Yeah, I thought the objective was for the kids to find the eggs, not me the next time I mow.
