3 beautiful days for bike riding and I'm working 12 hour days. Off Monday and 80% chance of rain. I ought to buy a lottery ticket, I'm feeling so lucky.

Will keep stepping I guess. 15,872 for today.

Good luck with your friend, if he reads he will soon listen. Don't get discouraged if it takes a little while to bend his ear.

cut and split wood. removed snowplows from 4 wheeler and cub. cooked a ham for family easter din-din. went out and cut another tree up, ate dinner, waited an hour, bs was 102 so i had 1/2 stale long-john and ate the guts out of a small slice of pecan pie. waited an hour bs was 116, climbed on bike and had a nice 5 miler. six weeks on the trainer brought my watts up by almost 30+/- and my rpm up by 20+/-. worth the money. ended with a 92bs.

Getting my daily steps in. Did manage to get a 10 mile bike ride in Tuesday afternoon before going to work. Passing cars on the highway going uphill is a good feeling, even if they are slowed down because the highway department is painting new stripes on the road.
