4/19 I got 19,762 steps and 14 flights of stairs. I ended yesterday (4/20) at 12,984 steps and 27 flights of stairs.

48 minutes on mr rollers (not realy rollers but an add on to my bicycle that makes it an exercycle.

God I HATE IT, watched Boston Legal

loaded the wood, always the wood. 5.5 lazy pace 86 bs start finish with 69.

15,809 steps yesterday and a 17 mile bike ride.

Went to a Bass Pro Shop this morning and walked around some there and then walked around some in a casino next to it. Walked some more when we go home this evening because it pretty cool and looked like it was about to rain. I'm at 18,000+ steps for today.

4/24 - For my birthday, my wife gave me a membership to a gym with free weights. Went there Monday. Amazing how much we take the supporting muscles for granted when using weight machines. Everything is sore today.

4/25 - back in the friendly confines of my local Planet Fitness... arm day - 1hr 15 minutes. Then 30 minutes of cardio. BS 106 after exercise.

yesterday stacked a cord of wood in the portable garage we put up sunday. then stacked it again after goats jumped up on it. hauled a load in and stacked it tonight. mounted garden plow on cub and ran a successful test. did 10 on my trainer. 100bs to start 83 fin.

4/26 weights back day today - 1 hour. Then 30 minutes on the stationary bike. Pretty boring. Blood sugar 108 after exercise.
