Didn't get many steps in Saturday and had to pick up the pace Sunday to keep in the 7 day, 100k steps challenge. Put in 22,000 steps before midnight to just make it. Today is another story. I was happy just getting to satisfy the 12,000 step goal on my fitness tracker.

had to deal with getting and being sick last week. lousy times on trainer then tonight i pulled a best 5 miler on trainer pulling 4:04/miles. holding 15 mph plus for the last 2 miles. for me, that is an accomplishment. keep on pluggin' away.

had another nice 5 @ 4:08/and mile. bs 117 to start ending with a 73.

Yesterday I had 13.910 steps and 54 flights of stairs. That was my last night of graveyard shift, looking forward to some rest, of course it is supposed to storm tomorrow.

6 cruising miles on trainer. still tweaking bike adjustments for foot position. i kind of cycle/jog up steps at work. i think it freaks out the younger tenants to hear an "old man" running up the steps - especially when it doesn't change my breathing at the top. lol super freak.

'nuther 6 on trainer after tweak. tweaked it again for next ride. 117 bs start 75 end.

It's been a while but finally got out on the bike today. 40 mile ride, 3 hours. BG before 113, after 67. Blood ketones before 0.9, after 1.3.
