Just water during my rides. I usually take L-glutamine and/or a protein shake after most rides.

I ate breakfast, no lunch, rode from 12:30-3:30, but I did take some L-glutamine before and after my ride Sunday. Ate supper about 6 PM.
I think longer than 50 miles, I would bring nuts or a protein bar.

6 tonight 122bs 81 end. its taking me the first 4 1/2 to 5 miles to truly warm up. its feeling like i might bump it to 6 1/2 or 7 miles next week.

6, 112 start 77 end will go to 7miles. i can feel stiff and crummy but when i get on that bike and get loosened up i feel like different person.

Yesterday got in an 18 mile bike ride, today 25 miles.

An 18 mile ride before dark and then 3 mile 15 minute cool down on the trainer.

Also met my daily step goal (12,000 steps) with 13,794 steps.
