A little over 18,000 steps and a 40.24 mile bike ride. The steps were from the tracker that sat on the cabinet while I was out on the bike.

Got busy at work and was within 900 steps of making my daily goal before 10 PM and couldn't quit help working on a project and make my goal. Talking about being irked, but just couldn't turn a blind eye to what we were trying to do and walk away and come back later.

13,534 steps and 8 floors yesterday
My daily averages for the last 7 days are 10,578 steps and 8 floors.

BH had us on a Goal Day Challenge today. I made my goal of 12k steps but I made it late.

Had an unexpected project come up, found a wet spot in the yard and assumed I had a leak in a line from the well. Dug down and found two leaks next to the well shed. Would like to get it fixed before it gets cold but it is supposed to rain the next 3 days.

Have made my step goal of 12k steps for 8 days in a row. Average for the last 7 days is 13,191 steps.

1 hour (3 mi) on the treadmill in the morning and 1 hour (3 mi) in the evening.
