Thanks itissteve. So far smoke has not been an issue, maybe because it’s early on a weekday. The evening may be worse. We were in the room last night watching Bama and Dawgs.

As of right now I’m not sure I can blaze my own path with a new chainsaw, but I think I’ve got enough for a new machete and some change left over. It’s nice not just making a donation right off the bat.

itissteve likes this.

43 days of making my daily step goal, 48 more to go to surpass my currently longest streak of 90 days. 3 more days and it should be downhill sailing.

Left my Fitbit at home Sunday night and put it on Monday evening on my way out the door to go to work so I can tally Monday and todays numbers when I got home to see what last night's numbers looked like. I made 8120 steps before midnight and 7770 steps after midnight, total of 15,890. 53 floors before and 26 floors after - total of 79 floors. I don't usually think of looking at my tracker before or after a night shift, so I usually only know what I get from midnight to midnight.

I have 2 fitness trackers, the Fitbit is mainly for participating in family step challenges.

Hi glwilso8, welcome back. Hate to admit but I haven't rode my bike since October. Thought about it this morning, but being 16 degrees chilled that thought.

i have mine on a kinetic trainer. messed up with to much gear mashing this late summer. higher cadence helps the whole way 'round even if you aren't turning the bigger output numbers. no idea how far i go at work. to many numbers.

I guess I need to get my trainer back out. I did air my tires back up today and wiped my chain down, now what did I do with the chain lube?

14,646 steps so far today.

I walked in the driveway today. It felt nice so I worked out on my health rider lightly. Then I felt sick for several hours. Rats!
