Cool Pusherman...

Still mowing the lawn; finally finished about a third of the front and back, two thirds to go. 5 years ago I could do the whole thing in about 5-6 hours. Now it takes me a few days with rest in between.

HAVE LAWN MOVER, WILL EXERCISE

15514 steps and maybe another 30 before bed. anything above 12000 makes me proud these days.

A little more activity after returning to work, averaged a little over 14k steps per day last couple of days, 56 floors of stairs yesterday.

102%(11660 steps) today.
127% yesterday

last week i broke 100% twice, and another 2 days at 97%.
the other 3 days ....not good....probably knocks my daily average to 60% but thats not fair, the one day was spent in waiting rooms and another working on my truck.

11,081 steps and 30 floors yesterday. 8147 steps and 15 floors since midnight for today. I may go out and walk to get me to 12k today but I think I'm not going to try to get any more floors.

Yesterday I bounced on my Jump Sport rebounder for forty minutes then did forty minutes of Essentrics/Classical Stretch. Got a total of 12000 steps which included the rebounding.
