I wear an Apple Watch so when it tells me to stand up, I take a walk around the office. I usually hit my step goal doing that.

Yesterday I rode a bicycle about 16 miles, and today, I may do 8 or 10 more.
That is a long way down for me, when I was 30, I could do 50-60 miles, and laugh it off.

My everyday regular exercise is doing stairs as I don't use elevators. I will continue to climb stairs while I still can. So yesterday I did 800 stair-steps. Sometimes my right knee complains a little bit - that's what happens once your knees make it past 56 LOL

I am doing more biking, and cannon balling through the city. If you ever vacation in Tampa-Saint Petersburg, watch yourself, if you ride a bike. They will run you over in this place.

I did a lunch walk of about 4.9km (= 3mi 78.705yd according to conversion). Tomorrow I'll be working from home so it'll not be flat terrain, but rather a walk in the woods, so probably less distance in the same amount of time.

None. I had to work through lunch and am still working for work, now at home with kids home from vacation daycare as well.

Back from a long weekend and getting ready for another one - Nice summer temperatures so I did a 3 mile Power Walk at lunch. Hottest day of the year so far this year at 80 F - believe it or not I'm not used to these temperatures.

Nice walk though and the harbor seemed very quiet - no cruise ships!
