Triple Posted--I am requesting a Bozo Redo button, I don't know what that is precisely, but it sounds appropriate to me.

Thank you, and in my defense, and to preclude being thought of as a real Bozo; I am reading something real smart, at a place which I don't fully comprehend.
It is at Cornell Law School--- plus, some place called Justia-- I don't know what they are talking about, but I feel better about myself.
I bought a Calculus book for the same reason, I got it at a yard sale.

11,040 steps and 36 floors. Maybe I'll pick up the activity while I'm off since it will be cooling down. High in upper 80's F, in August?, thank goodness for global warming.

Yesterday, I walked 12 miles, and I am still recovering from that. Those last 3 miles were agony, and I was praying that I wouldn't faint.
The heat and humidity in St Pete is brutal during August. I did it just to see if I could, and I will try it again, before the summer is out.

[That is my intent anyway.]

I've been wearing a smart watch all week counting my steps - on average - a regular work day I average 11 - 12 thousand steps.

I always figured I was more active on the weekends than the weekdays but that is not the case as I only seem to average 6 thousand steps/day on the weekend. I'll have to get in to the habit of walking further on the weekends, I guess, but then again maybe it's good to take the odd day off.

I'm on vacation and not really doing anything, its about too hot to do much. I've averaged 6700 steps per day the last 7 days, but did get 9700 steps in yesterday.

etherea and Squawkx like this.

Averaged only 4500 or so steps per day my last 7 days off.

That ended yesterday, had about 6000 steps from 5 PM to midnight. From midnight to 6 this morning I had 10,000 steps. At 12,500 steps right now and fixing to head to work. It didn't take as long as I thought to feel like I got out of shape, especially putting in 37 floors of climbing.
