Thursday 14.9 miles and Friday after lunch 14.2 miles, both inside with the bike on the trainer.

13,281 steps and 22 floors yesterday. Gonna try to top that today at work if there is not much going on and it is not raining.

Was doing OK at work getting my steps in daily, but haven't done well at all since being off. I have started riding my bike inside on the trainer, have almost 73 miles inside on the trainer this week. Wishing for some sunshine and a little less breeze and I'll get outside.

Rode my bike on the trainer for 4 of the past 5 nights, total of 45.5 miles. The sun is supposed to shine tomorrow, so maybe a ride outside. The day I didn't ride, I took the dog for a long walk - 8 miles worth of steps put in that day.

Raked pine straw for about 4 hours yesterday afternoon. Came in and sat down and my fitness tracker was saying I still needed 25 minutes to make my 30 minutes of exercise goal for the day. So after getting home from church last night, rode my bike for 35 minutes.

This afternoon I rode the bike on the trainer for about 3 miles then rode outside 23.2 miles with 1499 feet ascended.

Shoveling about 2 feet of wet heavy snow from my drive way first thing in the morning. Every time I'm out there I think of people who have died of heart attacks while shoveling snow. Fortunately my ticker kept ticking but it's an exhausting way to start the day!

Put 15 miles in on the bike trainer last night. Rode my bike to town at lunch to get my truck from the tire shop, 13.3 miles. 77 miles over the last 6 days

It's tough this time of year, eh? The weather really sucks for walking and on the Island I can't even walk the confederation trail because there's way too many snowmobiles.
