2 hours of riding my bike on the trainer while watching football. A little less than an hour before supper and a little more than an hour after supper.

I thought about doing yoga. Does the thought count?

I went for a walk. It was only -5C outside. Nice and warm for this time of year.

6.7 miles bike ride on the trainer this morning and 18.1 miles on the trainer this evening. Had a birthday party to go to today, but planning on getting outside tomorrow.

I got groceries early (and walked home with them). Then I went to Walmart by bus and bought something I needed. My breathing is easier so it must have done something good.

Went on a 20.2 mile bike ride this afternoon with a cycling club I joined. There is a little more incentive to put out more effort to become better at what you are doing if you're not doing it alone all the time.

Against the wind and uphill coming back. Felt great all the ride despite still in a fasted state. BG when I got home (30 mile drive) was 60 on the new meter and 56 on the old meter. Blood ketones were 4.7, so I wasn't running out of fuel.

I went through my bookshelves looking to see if I had any books to donate. I ended up choosing a few and set them aside in a bag. Then I noticed there was a lot of dust on all the remaining books on my shelves (I have three shelves)so I grabbed a swiffer and dusted all of them. It might not sound like work but it got the blood pumping.

I've been slacking on the exercise. Ever since my two vertigo attacks I've excused myself from walking. I have a very sedentary job--tied to a desk except lunch and a couple of short breaks, so I have to make an effort to get up and walk at those times. I don't think I've hit 10,000 steps in a couple of months. Yesterday, I almost made it--9,126 steps.
