I would be hibernating until spring...

Back to work today. 14,269 steps and 41 floors. After supper, 20.07 mile bike ride on the trainer. I better take an Aleve before my shower, I may be sore in the morning. Now you know how far it was to the medicine cabinet and back.

Today's Exercise: I walked from my bed to the computer to work. I walked to the bathroom. I walked to the coffeepot 3 times. I walked to the kitchen to get cheese. I walked back to the kitchen for almond butter. I walked to the door, opened it, felt the cold and said, "oh hell no". Yup, don't think I am gonna hit my steps goal today...

I felt the same way, but had to go to work. Had an hour and a half meeting to attend. Only got in 9,794 steps and 28 floors. Didn't get on the bike last night. will need to make up for it today.

10,319 yesterday
I have a mostly sit-down job only getting up to go to the printer, copier or to wait on a customer. That means I spend my breaks and part of my lunch walking to get my steps in. My Fitbit doesn't count stairs, so I tend to avoid them--probably not the best idea.

10,300 steps and 38 floors today.

My job offers lots of opportunity to get out and about from my office. I try to take advantage of it, so it kind of comes as free. I am more impressed with anyone that puts out the extra effort to meet their goals when their time to do it is much more restrictive than mine.
