Yesterday, my last day of work this week I had 7,015 steps and 12 floors. First third of my day I was sitting in a training class. After sitting for 4 hours I totally felt zapped.

I've only gotten 2,440 steps today.

Not sure how many steps I may get tomorrow, but I'm going on a group ride tomorrow. Not sure if they are going to just ride 40 miles or go the 62 miles. There is a 30% chance of rain and we may opt to go the shorter distance.

We opted for the 40 mile ride. I got 42.6 miles and 2,497 ft. of elevation gain. I'm sure the other 20 miles was just as hilly, so probably best we didn't go further. Everyone's legs were toast when we finished.

7,981 steps and then 45 minutes for 12 miles on the bike trainer.

5,276 steps and a 37.4 mile bike ride outside. Sun shining and May like weather in February, 61F for a low and 78F for a high.

Looks like rain the rest of the week until a cold front blows in Thursday night and we are back down in the 20s for a couple of days and then a slow warming trend again. I can tell that riding the trainer has helped me on the hills, so if the weather doesn't let me get out, I'll stay in.

4705 steps. Spent the day cleaning purple martin houses and gourds and putting new bedding material in them. Rode my bike 25.1 miles on the trainer tonight.

A 10 mile spin on the trainer after I got up and had a cup of coffee this afternoon.

Had only 3500 steps yesterday, got to do better than that. Have 4500 so far today

Finished the day of the 10th with 13,378 steps.

Got 13,182 steps in yesterday, and am at 6,353 steps since midnight at work. Last night was my last night this week, so I will probably not push it much the rest of the day step wise. If not too tired this afternoon, I'll try to get in a bike ride. The way the wind is blowing right now, it will probably be an indoor ride.

I did something yesterday that I haven't done in years. I stayed up all day after getting off my last night of graveyards. BH and I had a noon appointment with a dermatologist followed by an appointment for her annual mammogram. I ended up with 12,586 steps and still had the energy to ride my bike 16.9 miles on the trainer.

Today 7,645 steps and 39.4 biking miles on the trainer. I think I'm gonna take a couple of Aleve before I hit the sack.
