8,619 steps. Was gonna ride my bike, then I wasn't, then my watch told me I still had time to make my fitness goals for the day, so I made myself try to make it.

Started to get ready to ride then remembered I was going to smoke some ribs tomorrow but the beef short ribs were still in the freezer. Got them out and turbo thawed them enough to break them apart. Sprinkled them with sea salt, put Bulls Eye BBQ sauce on them, put them in three quart size zip lock bags and put them in the sous vide bath for the next 16-20 hours. Rubbed the pork ribs with mustard and sea salt and put them in the fridge for overnight. The pork ribs will go in the smoker in the morning, the beef ribs will go in after lunch.

After getting done with the ribs, I thought it was too late and I'd just ride in the morning. Then my watch congratulated on making my fitness goals for the the last 4 days and I still had time to make it 5 in a row to keep the week perfect. I managed 10.5 miles on the trainer by midnight and made my active calories burned goal in the final 30 seconds.

9,303 steps and a 7.5 mile ride on the trainer yesterday. Was going to try to ride after supper, but the ribs were too good.

32 miles on the trainer today.

Yesterday I had 5329 steps and an 8.4 mile ride on the trainer. Felt really weak last night, had no strength.

Still feel crummy, but better than yesterday, not many steps but 16.6 miles on the trainer.

5,525 steps and 12.75 mile bike ride on the trainer yesterday. Would have been a good day to ride outside had I been been home. 40-50 degrees, sunshine, 5-8 mph winds from the south. Looks like rain predicted next couple of days. Saturday sounds like it could be nasty.

Been working graveyard shift for 5 nights, only made over my daily step goal 2 nights. Last 7 day average has been 7,855 steps and 21 floors. Yesterday was just slightly above the average with 8.856 steps, 21 floors, and a 14.6 mile ride on the trainer last night.

Back to work Friday, so no time on the bike the last couple of days, but step count has increased. 11,704 steps and 17 floors Friday. 14,049 steps and 30 floors yesterday. It is supposed to be nice outside outside so maybe I need some earbuds today and if things are running good I can pick up the pace. I'm doing a wellness visit tomorrow so will be getting fasting bloodwork drawn.
