Got rained on the last mile and a half. If I was a little faster, I would have stayed dry, if I was a lot faster, I would have been a lot wetter. They said they had a really heavy rain come thru about an hour earlier. At one rest stop they were talking on the radios about how hard it was raining behind us.

Speaking of rest stops, the only things they had I would have was pickles and pickle juice, glad I brought some pecans.

Today, I did not do very much, maybe ride a bicycle 10 miles.

Happily, I can say that last week, I rode 50 miles on Wednesday. I went into Tampa, and rode around; I thought that I was going to die, on the way back.

Last week I had 80+ miles, total on a bike; but, I will be lucky to have 50+ this week, I am tired.

A couple of bike rides when camping this past weekend, 22.7 miles on Sunday and 15.4 miles on Sunday. Today it was supposed to rain, so I hung around the house and mowed and trimmed the yard, and ended up riding 14.3 miles on the trainer this later afternoon.

The band broke on my Garmin fitness tracker, taking part of the body with it. I liked it a lot, but not enough to buy a new tracker since I already have an Apple Watch. I don't really like the step counting with Apple because of the lack of seeing a real time step count but I will learn to live with it.

I guess I'll be retiring my Garmin bike computer too. I got a new one for my birthday that sends an email link to BH when I start a ride so she can track my location and even see if I am moving or stopped. I also got a power meter so I am a very happy biker.

i haven't done any daily exercise in almost a month and just wanted to say that the inactivity isn't working out for me. I am not feeling better than I did when I was doing my daily walks. In fact, I feel noticeably worse these days.
Clearly I need to get my butt in motion again. lol
