considering this and your urine recently showed a lot of ketones.. you are DEFINITELY keto adapted and I think you are spectacular!!!

You will get it under 100 soon in my opinion. I was 396 and went to 75 is less than 5 weeks. You already have been under 90 and it has gotten you scared but now that you know that is 100% normal I think you will get it down under 100 all the time.

Keep up the great work. you are an inspiration to what you can do with diet and eduction!!!

Something that has me worried and this is a good place to ask. Now that it looks like I might, maybe, could be ( I'm not claiming it yet) diabetic, do I need to worry that my low carbs will let my sugar get to low?

Usually you have to take something to specifically lower blood sugar (like Glipizide) in order to be at risk of your sugar going too low.

Metformin is not associated with sugar getting too low.

Not even close, just a mother of a teenage boy, a farmer, bus driver supervisor, and love love to ride motorcycles and garden.

It's all fun and I wouldn't change a thing. My trying to eat right has cut into lots of my time. But it must be done.

I love the Artisan Grilled Chicken sans bun and a side salad vice fries.
