Default Munchies

It's raining, so I'm stuck in the house, and I have the munchies. I have ate everything no or low carb I can. Then I went after the fat bombs, peanuts, walnuts, and pork skins. The cat better look out. I'm still ok I'm only up to 9 grams of carb today, but the fats and proteins are getting close to max.
What do y'all do when this hits?

Good plans. Most of my hobbies are outdoors. Fishing hunting motorcycles, gardening, doing yard work. The one thing I enjoyed doing inside was cooking in my cast iron.

I spent some time looking through my cookbooks, it didn't help! Hahaha I collect cookbooks, they are probably the only thing that out numbers the cast iron in my kitchen.

Does anyone else take cinnamon to regulate your BG? I was and quit, thinking it was keeping it higher. I was thinkin about starting again now that it's lower. I have started trying coffee ( black only)again, and it seems to be working, as long as I drink it with breakfast and not before.

Well it's bed time, and my munchies have not got the best of me my BG is 101. I thought the fresh sweet peas would send it up. Ya just can't pick peas and not eat a few, in the garden.

I take cinnamon, but I don't know if it's working. I still spike if I'm bad (KFC chicken). There was this tea that I used to drink. It was to lower your sugar levels, and according to many people, it worked. They even did a segment about it on my local channel. It had cinnamon in it. My friend used to buy it in bulk, and I used to buy it from her. She used to get it from Mexican herb stores. At the time, I didn't have diabetes, but I drank it just to make sure.

I used to put a teaspoon of cinnamon in an ounce and 1/2 of good Bourbon whiskey. It always made me feel better.

I try to leave the ice out too. No need to take up all that room.
